Our client in Basingstoke is looking for an experienced, proactive and professional HR Advisor to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have experience of liaising and advising managers on employment legislation, people management, recruitment and ER. Experience of working with multi site organisations is highly desirable, along with experience of TUPE.

Candidates must be CIPD qualified and have previously worked in a medium sized organisation (200+ people).

HR / Training Administrator – 6 month FTC - £20,000 - £23,000 DOE

Our client is looking to recruit for a highly organised and accomplished administrator to join a busy HR Team in the Andover area.  You will need to have previous administration experience, be an exceptional communicator, possess a positive and proactive approach to your work and be willing to work in an ever changing environment.

The role is a busy and varied one, and will involve all aspects of office administration alongside dealing with all incoming training and HR enquires. These will include booking meeting rooms, arranging refreshments and providing delegates with the necessary information before they attend a course.

Although previous experience of working within a similar role is advantageous, it is not essential.
